I am someone who has recently had to reimagine her identity. Someone who once found her value in titles she gained. And now someone who is finding her value in the core of who she is.
I am someone who looks for meaning in just about anything- and strives to bring intention into everything.
I am a woman, reconnecting to her femininity- I love being in nature whether that is in a body of water, surrounded by trees, or digging up weeds.
I am someone here for the journey! I’ve very recently made my home in South Haven, MI- with my partner (Mark), my side-kick Luna ( a black lab) and my boy Leo ( a golden retriever).
It has taken many years for me to understand that what I thought was “overly sensitive” was actually a talent for really seeing and feeling all that is around me.
To build a relationship with myself so strong that no matter what happens in this wild world, I am going to be okay.
…and I extend the same wish to each and every other human I encounter.

I am my best healing space.
“Just do the things”
That was the advice from my therapist when I came into her office at my absolute lowest point.
What she meant was do the things that bring you back to you. Luckily (or in divine timing) in the years leading up to this point I had been creating practices that brought me back to me. All I needed to do now was fill my time with exactly that.
I devoured self-help books and podcasts, I walked holes in my shoes. I hopped on Zoom calls bi-weekly with my family. I practiced yoga and started doing meditations and breathwork. I went to therapy, group counseling, energy healers, and coaches. I made fancy meals and got takeout from my favorite restaurants. I decorated my house with affirmations. And I started school to become a holistic health coach!
While I thought I was “just doing the things” to get me through to the other side, I was actually building a relationship with myself.
I realized if I can create a bond with myself that is unshakable, no matter what happens in this wild world, I will be okay.
No matter how dark it is, how lost you feel, or how disconnected you are- you are always blooming. And the decision to come back home to yourself is when you really start to grow!
Holistic Health makes you the captain of your ship.
There are two core tenets
First is bio-individuality. You are you. What works for you might not work for your sister, co-worker, or neighbor. Holistic health encourages you to explore all avenues of health and wellness and find what feels good to you!
The other key aspect is looking at health with a wider scope than just the food on your plate. While the food you consume is important, all the other areas of your life- like your career, relationships, home, finances - need to be nourished too.
If these two tenets are not being attended to when you are working on your health, you are always going to find yourself in the same position you started.
It’s more than a diet plan. It’s about creating transformation at every level of your well-being.
